心血來潮, 即便在風飛沙又豔陽高照的正中午, 我還是決定開支2010 Yalumba Patchwork Barossa Shiraz, 當作週二第一個上班日午餐的佐餐酒！這會款適合搭配輕食沙拉午餐的紅酒嗎？anyway 不試試也不會知道...   這款酒被譽為是”Baby Octavius” (註) !

融合了Barossa不同地塊挑選自20~35年的葡萄藤混釀...

品飲筆記：
dark purple red, upfront is the dark plum aroma, then fruity like dark red current, gradually turning into herb spices, lots hints with licorice nutmeg. Medium body texture, round smooth matured tannin, end up with beautiful red plum acidity. I reckon this is a good time to start enjoying this wine!
