Kevin Zraly 出新版囉 ! 如果你有看過薇琪推薦的這本葡萄酒入門書，你就應該會知道他是誰。昨天跟朋友去101 Page One，看到架上的這本書換殼了，眼睛馬上為之一亮看到2006 edition，還是special 20th anniversary edition。價錢我認為相當划算，因為才賣九百多台幣的大本國外精裝書喔! 24.95 USD是它的原價，網路上有賣到16.47 USD，但是當然還要外加運費囉，從國外運一本書到台灣真的不便宜，大家在台灣想買就去Page One吧! 只是要去買前記得先打電話去問有沒有貨，因為昨天 the last one sold out (朋友在我鼓吹下買下來了，哈哈哈!)Windows on the World Complete Wine Course: 2006 Edition by Kevin Zraly
大家不妨上網看看別人如何介紹這本書，薇琪發現很多人都對這本書有很高的評價，雖然說他不是寫的最詳盡的一本，但他的確濃縮了許多葡萄酒入門者該知道的基礎理論。讀完他的著作大家若想進一步學習不同的產區，就要再去找另外的書囉! 全球的葡萄酒專家太多了，不同的人一定會對某些特定區域特別精專，因此，這本書就當成是一個不錯的開始吧!

Hi Vicky, 非常遗憾，我没能在上海以及网路上找到刘钜堂先生译的“葡萄酒入门”，所幸找到了张书仙女士的“爱上葡萄酒”及“嫁给葡萄酒”，虽然书还没有送到，但很是期待。 另外，我想请教对于我这种目前对葡萄酒毫无所知却非常想进入葡萄酒行业的从业人员，应该从何学起？是否有正规的学院或是机构可以参加？以及可以通过某种考试得到认证？期待你的答复，谢谢！
Hello Shirley, 那這樣就先看你拿得到的書吧! 國外有許多不同的機構或學校可以參加葡萄酒的訓練及正式課程，要看你要多學到多精細的葡萄酒專業分類。我的建議是自己先唸點書、參加上海當地的品酒會，從這樣的方式開始。我知道上海也有一些酒商，所以你可以試試看看他們有沒有工作機會囉。 考試的部份，我有提過international master sommelier (Master Sommelier Court)http://www.courtofmastersommeliers.org，參考看看，英國美國有分階考試認證。法國也有很多可以認證的。 請見諒我的晚回覆
